| 1 1/2 oz. Brandy | |
| 2 lumps Sugar | |
| 3 Peach Slices WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Place 3 peach slices in a cocktail glass. Burn the Brandy and sugar together in a saucer. Extinguish the Brandy and pour the burnt liquid over the peach slices and serve. | |
