	Sake Martini
	1 1/2 oz. Gin
	1/2 oz. Sake Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Serve with an olive or a twist of lemon.

	1 1/2 oz. Gin
	5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
	1/4 tsp. Salt Pour into highball glass over ice. Stir well.
	San Francisco Cocktail
	3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
	3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
	3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
	1 dash Angostura Bitters
	1 dash Orange Bitters Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
	Sangria
	1 bottle Dry Red Wine
	1 oz. Brandy
	1 oz. Triple Sec
	1 tbsp. Sugar
	Club Soda
	Orange, Lime and Lemon Slices Pineapple Chunks "Combine all in large pitcher, filling with club soda. Refrigerate overnight. Stir well and serve in wine glasses."

	1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
	1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
	1/4 tsp. Grenadine
	Juice of 1 Lime Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
	Saratoga
	1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
	1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
	2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
	Ginger Ale Shake well with cracked ice all but ginger ale. Strain into Collins glass. Fill with ginger ale.
	Saucy Sue
	2 oz. Apple Brandy
	1/2 tsp. Apricot Brandy
	1/2 tsp. Pernod Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
	Sauterne Cobbler
	6 oz. Sauterne
	2 tsp. Sugar
	2 oz. Carbonated Water Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.

	2 oz. Tequila
	4 oz. Orange Juice
	1 tsp. Lemon Juice
	1 Banana Combine in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass. Serves two.

	1 oz. Vodka
	1 oz. Melon Liqueur
	1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
	1-2 dashes Green Chartreuse Shake well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Float Chartreuse on top.
	Savoy Hotel
	1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
	1/2 oz. Benedictine
	1/2 oz Brandy Layer ingredients in order into a shot glass.

	1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
	1 oz. Sloe Gin Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

	1 3/4 oz. Light Rum
	1/2 tsp. Grenadine
	Juice of 1/2 Lime Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
	Sazerac
	2 oz. Bourbon
	1 tsp. Fine Sugar
	2 dashes Bitters
	3 dashes Pernod Mix all but Pernod until sugar is dissolved. Put Pernod in old fashioned glass. Strain rest into glass. Add ice.

	1 1/2oz. Blended Whiskey (Southern Comfort)
	Cranberry Juice Mix ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir.
	Scorpion
	2 oz. Light Rum
	1 oz. Brandy
	1/2 oz. Creme de Noyaux
	2 oz. Orange Juice
	1/2 oz. Lemon Juice Blend all with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into highball glass. Garnish with orange slice.
	Scotch & Soda
	1 1/2 oz. Scotch
	6 oz. Carbonated Water or Club Soda Pour over 1 ice cube into highball glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
	Scotch Bishop
	1 oz. Scotch
	1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
	1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
	1 tbsp. Orange Juice
	1/4 tsp. Powdered Sugar Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
	Scotch Highball
	1 1/2 oz. Scotch
	6 oz. Water or Ginger Ale Pour over 1 ice cube into highball glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
	Scotch Milk Punch
	2 oz. Scotch
	1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
	6 oz. Milk Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into Collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
	Scotch Rickey
	1 1/2 oz. Scotch
	Juice of 1/2 Lime
	Club Soda Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over 2 ice cubes in highball glass and drop in lime shell. Add Scotch and fill with club soda. Stir gently.
	Scottish Coffee
	1 1/2 oz. Drambuie
	Hot Coffee Pour Drambuie into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.
	Screaming Orgasm
	1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
	1 oz. Lime Cordial
	2 separate glasses "Take lime cordial into mouth but DON'T SWALLOW. Pour Baileys in too, and still don't swallow. Shake head vigorously from side to side. Attempt to swallow!"

	1 dash Angostura Bitters Mix in wine glass.

	6 oz. Sherry
	1 tbsp. Sugar
	2 oz. Carbonated Water Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.
	Sherry Eggnog (punch)
	1 fifth Sherry
	8 Eggs
	1 pint Heavy Cream
	1 quart Milk
	1/2 pound Sugar Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add Sherry. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg
